FAQ

The questions we hear most.

Where is our data stored?

In a dedicated, best-practice security environment within Microsoft Azure. Every customer’s data is strictly partitioned: what you share stays in your own isolated instance.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Data sent to the language models is never used to train or improve them. We know much of what you share is sensitive, and we make sure it stays that way.

How do you work with security?

Security is built in from architecture to deployment, not added on top. We are SOC 2 Type II certified, and our customers range from midsize industrial firms to Fortune 500 enterprises who trust us with critical data.

Are the solutions cloud-based or on-premise?

Primarily cloud, for scalability, reliability and continuous updates without on-site infrastructure. For strict data-governance or operational requirements, hybrid and on-premise deployments are an option — we go through the architecture together.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Ready-to-deploy modules are typically live within days to a couple of weeks. Modules built for your specific use case take a few iteration cycles to get precise. Either way, you get a clear timeline up front and we deliver on it.

What if the module we need doesn’t exist?

We build it for you. New modules run on the operational model you already have, so there’s no new integration project — development starts from a foundation that already understands your industry.

How does licensing work?

Simple and transparent: a base platform fee covers the core infrastructure, then a SaaS fee per module you run. For pricing or a configuration that fits your setup, reach out at eva@epiczlab.com.

How do we request features?

Email us. Feedback goes straight onto the roadmap, and where we see a real use case we act on it quickly. If you want a seat in our quarterly roadmap discussions, let us know.
