Customer-provided data is strictly partitioned, ensuring that all data stays private to each customer. For customer-specific system data integrations, data is kept in secure databases within each customer's isolated enterprise instance.

Data sent to the Large Language Model (LLM) is not used for training or improving the general model. As we know that a lot of information and knowledge shared by each customer to their dedicated instance is of sensitive nature, we ensure it stays that way.

For projects developed within Custom AI Studio, the process typically involves several iteration cycles to ensure precision and alignment with your specific use case, which may take a bit longer. Regardless of scope, we always deliver on time and according to agreement. Every project or launch is managed with a clear, reliable timeline from start to finish.

Our solutions are primarily cloud-based, built for scalability, reliability, and ease of deployment across industrial environments. Running in the cloud allows for faster updates, continuous optimization, and secure access from anywhere without the need for complex on-site infrastructure.

For customers with strict data governance or operational requirements, hybrid and on-premise deployment options can be an option.
